	Directory of agricultural and rural statistics print, or download *pdf* Contains comprehensive information on sources of agricultural and rural statistics in the public and private sectors. For each identified data source, the directory provides information on the method of collection, data details, geographic coverage, frequency of publication and other information to help the reader identify the type of statistics available and how to access them.

	The Agstats database on CD ROM, provides small area agricultural commodity data for Australia to 1995. It includes data at national and state levels, and the more detailed Statistical Local Area level. AgStats may be used in the Map Section, Education Resource Centre at: UniM ERC MAPS CF 630.994 AGST 1995

For example:- ABARE'S OUTLOOK ANNUAL CONFERENCE: Market assessment forum for the commodities sector, communicating and discussing major industry research on the agricultural and natural resources sectors. 	Australian Commodities * online Provides comprehensive production, consumption and trade forecasts for Australia's major commodity industries. These are commodity overview, agricultural, minerals, energy, forestry and fishing industries. The report also contains comprehensive statistical tables covering production, exports, costs and prices and articles on topical economics issues.
